Born and raised in Waynesboro, GA, Dr. Rouse earned his medical degree from East Tennesse State University and completed his residency in internal medicine at Greenville, South Carolina Hospital System.  He also completed his cardiology fellowship from the University of Tennessee, Memphis.

BIO

I was born and grew up in rural Georgia. In May, 2004, I graduated from Georgia College and State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). I worked as a registered nurse at the Medical Center of Central Georgia (MCCG) in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit as well as the Emergency Center from 2004-2011. While working as a registered nurse at MCCG, I returned to GC&SU where I obtained a Master of Science in Nursing with a family nurse practitioner focus. In March of 2011, I was certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner. In June of 2011, I joined the staff of West Georgia Cardiology where I currently work to provide cardiovascular care to the citizens of Carrollton, GA and its surrounding counties.

I grew up and currently reside in Bowdon, GA. I completed the Radiologic Technology program in 2000 at West Georgia Technical College in LaGrange, GA and in 2005, I received my Nuclear Medicine Technology certificate from Coosa Valley Technical College in Rome, GA. I am a registered Radiologic Technologist and Nuclear Medicine Technologist through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. I have over 7 years experience in the field of Nuclear Cardiology and have been employed with West Georgia Cardiology since 2007.

Rosilyn Brown

I grew up and currently reside in Villa Rica, GA. I attended West Georgia Technical College where I received a diploma in Medical Assistant. I have been a certified medical assistant with West Georgia Cardiology since January 2008. I enjoying seeing familiar faces and getting to know new faces as well.

Heather Cranford

I have over 5 years experience working in the cardiology field and have been with WGC since Feb. of 2011.  Usually, I am the first contact our patients have with the WGC Financial Office.  I do my best, along with my colleagues, to accommodate individual financial needs on a personal level.  My husband and I are recently married, live in Villa Rica, and enjoy being active in our church ministries.

I attended Everest where I successfully completed my coursework and earned my NHA certification in patient care. I am currently seeking a degree in nursing at West Georgia Technical College. I enjoy interacting with patients and working with my co-workers, however; my favorite job is being a mother to my son, Collin.

I have been with company since 2011 as a Front Desk Manager. I am a native Chicagoan and relocated with my family to Georgia in the '90's. It is my goal to pursue a degree in Communication and Foreign Languages & Literatures Spanish Track. I am a member of the Amputee Coalition of America (ACA) since 2008 and participate in peer to peer with limb deficiency families. My dream is to one day serve as a missionary to third world countries.

I have been with West Georgia Cardiology for a year utilizing my certification in medical coding and billing. I was born in California, but currently reside in Carrollton with my husband and three children.

I grew up in Carrollton and attended Carrolton City Schools so I am blessed to still be at home. I am married and have two children. I began performing ultrasound in 2008. I earned my Associate's degree of Applied Science in Echocardiography from Coosa Valley Technical College, a CAAHEP Accredited Echocardiography Program. Shortly after, I received my registry in Cardiac Sonography.

I am happily married mother of five. I have been a resident of Douglasville, Georgia since 2005. West Georgia Cardiology has employed me since July of 2010. I currently have 13 years of Medical Billing experience. I believe that I was a comedian in another life, because I enjoy making people laugh. "I believe that West Georgia Cardiology is the heart of our future, because we never skip a beat, and I am happy to go along for the ride."

I was born and raised in Carrollton. After graduating from Carrollton High School, I joined the Army and traveled around the US before moving back to Carrollton. I graduated from West Georgia Technical College in 2007 with my LPN degree and joined the West Ga. Cardiology family. I love my patients like family and feel blessed to be part of this wonderful team.

I am married and have a beautiful 17-year-old daughter. When I started West Georgia Cardiology 7 years ago, I knew that the medical field was going to be my career. Over the years, I have been inspired both by the wonderful patients and staff that I love so much to further my education. Currently, I am enrolled at West Georgia Technical College where I am working on my degree as a Registered Nurse.
