Since opening our main office in 2001, West Georgia Cardiology has continued grow in the areas of technology and expertise of the heart as well as in medical services we provide and the areas we provide them. Originally based solely in Carrollton, Georgia, we have expanded our practice with two satellite offices in Hiram and Villa Rica. We have also opened a Weight Management Clinic here in Carrollton as well. Our physicians and staff are always ready to make sure your heart gets the attention it deserves.

You may request medical records to be prepared by simply sending an e-mail to our medical records department. Upon receipt of your email, one of our staff members will prepare your records and ensure that they are ready for pickup.

Billing Questions
If you are an existing patient with issues related to your bill, you may send an email (click on the link below) directly to our billing staff, where someone can research the issue and personally touch base with you about how to best resolve the issue.
Prescription Refills
If you are an existing patient and you would like to request a prescription refill via our website, send an email (click on the link below) to our office, and your prescription will be called in to your local pharmacy. Please be sure to include your full name, date of birth, medicine name, and the phone number to your local pharmacy in the email. PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS FOR YOUR Rx TO BE FILLED.
